In fast changing world of ours, many considerable changes of an individual are being brought about in all our phases in life. The concept of change in our mind carries with its improvement and progress. We believe in the human potential that is why many of us wants to become a well-rounded person. Many certain changes happen to us as we undergo several trainings and tasks in our life.In definition of Physical Fitness, Vilma V. Perez defines Physical Fitness as the capacity of an individual to accomplish or carry out tasks with alertness and vigor. It is also the capacity of an individual to function in every way at his best specifically it is the primary specific objective in teaching Physical Education. Indeed, Being Physically fit makes an individual a well-rounded person.

In acquiring fitness, there is a need for us to know the different aspects of Physical fitness in identifying our own needs as an individual. However, it is very important for us to know our attitude towards a healthy lifestyle. Alertness is the state of continuous attention and vigor wherein it possesses an active bodily or mental strength of force is an attitude that a person should posses. These attitudes are very important for us in maintaining healthy and well-rounded personalities of an individual.

On the other hand, one who undergoes several training should learn to feel different changes that occur in his body while performing tasks and trainings. Those changes that occur into your body are just normal discomforts that even trained and experienced athletes feel. One of these changes is strength. It takes place in applying power into your muscles as a result of exercise. As far as I know, it is the most noticeable change wherein our muscle fibers increase in size. Another change is flexibility wherein our body undergoes several prolonged activities’ such as shoulder stretch and others. This condition may cause athletic injury. These changes are just some of the physiological changes that occur into our body. In fact, we must know some preliminary changes that transpire into our body like in the manner of breathing, feeling of discomforts and increase of pulse rate.

Furthermore, possessing a well rounded personality is vital. It is experienced through performing different physical activities. But the mere fact that most of us wants to become a well rounded individual, we’re keep on searching new about the development of our physical appearances. Being a well rounded individual allows a person to understand many areas of study, learn many new things, and keep one’s mind sharpened body physically fit. And that could open many doors that may otherwise have remained closed. There are many ways on how to become a well rounded person. One of which is for you to manage your time for trying new activities like trying something you have never done before. Another, Balanced diet is essential to an individual like us. We must try to eat foods in moderation because many researchers state that Moderation is the key towards a healthy lifestyle. Lastly, Body development wherein there is a need for us to establish a good exercise routine. According to Julia Maureen, the better shape we are, the more we can enjoy life.

In conclusion with these, I can say that in attaining a well rounded personality, discipline is essential. This changes that occurs into our body is significant in attaining a healthy and well rounded individual. Without these, our life would be nonsense. An individual living in this world should posses a better personalities and attitudes for their own good.
